Order processing time

We know you’re excited to receive your order! We process all orders within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Please note, Saturday delivery isn’t available right now, but we ship out promptly on regular business days.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Taxes

American sales taxes will be collected in accordance with applicable state and local laws based on your shipping address. Tax amounts are calculated automatically at checkout.

If you're ordering from Canada, please note that import duties, taxes, or other customs fees may apply once your package arrives. These fees are determined by Canadian authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.

Address match requirement

Protecting our customers is a top priority. To help prevent fraudulent activity and ensure a safe shopping experience for everyone, we may require that your shipping address matches your billing address and may request additional verification before processing certain orders. These security measures help us keep your information safe and maintain the integrity of our store. Thank you for your understanding and support in combating fraud.

Shipment confirmation & order tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping destinations

We currently ship to the United States and Canada. For security and timely delivery, we’re unable to ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses at this time.

Lost or stolen packages

Once your package is marked as delivered at the address you provided, we cannot take responsibility for lost or stolen packages. If you have concerns, please contact the carrier directly.

 

Return & Refund Policy

We’re committed to offering you exclusive items at special prices. For this reason, all sales are final and we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged or incorrect items

Did something arrive damaged or not quite right? Please get in touch with us within 48 hours of delivery, including a photo of the issue. We’ll review each case carefully, and—where appropriate—will provide a replacement or store credit to make things right.
