We ship all orders via UPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your selected shipping method.
The billing and shipping address must match for an order to be processed. We cannot accept orders addressed to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
At this time, we are only accepting orders for residential addresses in the U.S.A. and Canada. All Canadian customers will be responsible for paying any import duties and any additional fees or taxes once a shipment reaches Canada. Additional customs clearance charges must be paid by the customer.
Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing and verification (an additional 3-5 business days for Ground shipping). We do not offer Saturday or Sunday delivery. Please note that we only ship packages Monday through Friday, with the exception of US holidays.
We’re committed to offering exclusive items at special prices. For this reason, all sales are final and we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges.
Please contact Customer Service via email (cs_us@bape.com) for claims regarding damaged or missing items and missing packages within 48 hours of delivery. All customer inquiries will be responded to in the order they were received. Customer Service is available Monday-Friday.
If your order has been returned to our warehouse due to a non-compliant shipping address, your order will be refunded minus the original shipping cost within 3-5 business days. We do not re-ship orders that have been returned to our warehouse.
Please note that product on our Pirate site consists of aged inventory and therefore may be missing things such as hang tags and product labels. Dust bag may also be damaged.
