Holiday Sale Guidelines
***Dear Customers: Please read all guidelines below before making your purchase. Failure to follow the guidelines may result in cancellation of your order.***
Due to high demand, all orders are currently on delay. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
- ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO RETURNS. NO EXCHANGES. There will be no exceptions made for this event.
- Billing and shipping address MUST MATCH exactly for your orders to be placed successfully. We will cancel your order if the billing and shipping addresses are not the same, there are no exceptions. Once the order is cancelled we cannot reinstate it and must be replaced. Please do not email us regarding reinstating your cancelled orders as we cannot accommodate this request.
- If your order was not successful, you may have a 'pending charge' on your bank account. Please note that the 'pending charges' will be reversed in 3-7 business days, or your bank can contact us for an authorization code to reverse the pending charge.
- If your pending charge, disappears on a successful order, it may be a temporary change due to only authorizing the transaction. Once the transaction amount is actually captured, your charge should no longer indicates pending. During this time, please ensure there are funds to capture the full amount.
- 2-day air shipping will not be available for this event and during the event on regular purchases due to the expected delay in process time.
- Orders may take 5-14 business days for your order to be processed, you will receive a tracking number once your order is ready to be packaged. Please note your tracking email does not necessarily mean it will be shipped on the same day and is only indicating that the order will be shipped soon.
- Due to the expected delay in processing time, please note your order may not be delivered within time as a holiday gift. We also will not be able to expedite customer orders that are ahead of other orders.
- All names must match in the order. If you are ordering for multiple people, please only use one name to avoid any confusion.
- We do NOT ship to business addresses, P.O boxes, APO/FPO addresses, and non-residential addresses. These orders will be promptly cancelled at time of processing and cannot allow changing the shipping address only.
- International credit cards and gift cards cannot be accepted as your billing address will not be verifiable. Please use a card with a verifiable street address in the United States or Canada.
- We may ask for proof of identification or proof of billing address due to security reasons in our measure to prevent fraudulent orders from being processed. Please periodically check your inbox and spam inbox after placing your order to make sure there are no emails from us.
- Shipping is only available in the U.S. and Canada.
- When checking out please leave the COMPANY criteria blank as that would be deemed as sending to a business. We can only send to home addresses.
- Please review your cart details and confirmation email before checking out as the color ordered may not be the picture depicted.
- Please note before placing your order, items ordered may arrive in dust bags and shoe boxes which may be slightly damaged. The contents of the item is still in the original condition.
- The shipping time indicated at time of checkout is only the transit time. It does not mean your order will arrive in one day.
